About Pexip Secure Scheduler for Web

Pexip Secure Scheduler for Web is a scheduling solution for creating and managing secure, virtual meetings. The scheduling tool is web-based and has a streamlined user interface. It provides enhanced security with features such as one-time virtual meeting rooms (VMRs), secure pin codes, and single sign-on (SSO).

Administrators can create custom user roles and permissions to control who can access various features within the Scheduler for Web portal. For example, an Administrator role can have access to all settings, while a Booker role may only be able to schedule meetings and add participants.

Admins can assign other users to Feature groups and can restrict a Feature group to only have access to certain controls in the scheduling portal. With Access groups, admins can decide which meetings are shown to specific feature groups. Names of Access groups are custom and can be categorized by departments, locations, or projects, for example.

Pexip Secure Scheduler for Web is fully integrated with Pexip Infinity, where it operates as an external policy server, providing the meeting parameters (service type, themes, alias, PINs and so on) enabling Pexip Infinity to generate a single-use VMR specifically for the meeting. All the call signaling and media is between the user and Pexip Infinity.
